A planning fee may apply for custom travel research, itinerary preparation, and related planning support. Any planning fee will be disclosed before payment is requested. Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4) Invoice Payments

Payments submitted through this website are accepted only for planning fees or invoice amounts that have been provided directly by Taylor Made Travel. Please do not submit payment unless you have received payment instructions from us.

Clients are responsible for reviewing their travel details and for ensuring they have the proper documentation, identification, and any other required items for travel.

6) Travel Protection

Travel protection may be recommended depending on the trip. Clients are responsible for deciding whether to purchase any optional protection coverage.
