This Payment Policy explains how payments for planning services are handled by Taylor Made Travel Group LLC (“Taylor Made Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1) Payments Accepted

Payments submitted through this website are accepted only for:

• planning fees communicated directly by Taylor Made Travel, or

• invoice amounts provided directly by Taylor Made Travel.

Please do not submit payment unless you have received payment instructions from us.

2) Planning Fees

A planning fee may apply for custom travel research, itinerary preparation, and related planning support. Any planning fee will be disclosed before payment is requested.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

3) Invoice Payments

If you have received a written invoice or payment request from Taylor Made Travel, you may submit the exact amount shown using the payment instructions provided to you.

4) Payment Accuracy

Please review the amount requested before submitting payment. If you have questions about an invoice or payment request, contact Taylor Made Travel before making payment.

5) Confirmation

After payment is received, Taylor Made Travel may provide a receipt or written confirmation of payment.
