Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for planning services provided by Taylor Made Travel Group LLC (“Taylor Made Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1) Planning Fees

Planning fees cover time spent on research, itinerary preparation, quote review, and planning support.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

2) Invoice Payments

If a payment is made toward an invoice issued directly by Taylor Made Travel, any refund request will be reviewed based on the nature of the service provided and any written terms shared at the time of invoicing.

3) Third-Party Travel Products

Travel products or services offered by independent third parties may have separate terms, conditions, change policies, or refund rules. Clients are responsible for reviewing any applicable third-party terms before making a purchase decision.

4) Changes or Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation related to services provided by Taylor Made Travel, please contact us as soon as possible in writing.

5) Refund Timing

If a refund is approved by Taylor Made Travel, it will generally be returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary.

6) Billing Questions

If you have a question about a charge, please contact Taylor Made Travel first so we can review it with you.
